Bio
Scott Derby is an illustrator based in the Philly suburbs who loves the sound of his own voice and is nowhere near as funny as he thinks he is…
Raised on a steady diet of comic-books, punk rock, video games, and pork roll, egg and cheese sandwiches, Scott escaped the malls and jug-handles of New Jersey to pursue his artistic education in Pennsylvania, never to return to the Garden State. In the 25+ years since, he has explored all that the influences of his childhood had to offer, and utilized it in his career as an illustrator/graphic designer.
Scott has done work for Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, AMC’s Breaking Bad, musician Diana Krall, NBC’s “30 Rock”, Bloomberg Businessweek, Grey Matter Art, ACME Archives/Dark Ink Art, Bottleneck Gallery, UnsungPhilly.com, and more. His work has also been featured in group shows at galleries such as Gallery 1988, LTD Gallery, AcidFree Gallery, and Spoke Art Gallery.
